IAFF FOUNDATION

The IAFF Foundation supports IAFF members and their families in their time of need, promotes fire and burn prevention, advocates for fire fighter health and safety, and provides public education on how to prevent and recover from burn trauma. The IAFF Foundation was created in 2011 to serve as an umbrella organization over the Burn Fund, the Disaster Relief Fund, the Fallen Fire Fighters Memorial, the W.H. “Howie” McClennan Scholarship Fund, and the John P. Redmond Fund. This consolidation allows the IAFF Foundation to provide more efficient service, assistance, training, education, and healing.
